Sanya is currently running two weekly yoga classes on a WEDNESDAY:

7:00am-8:00am
ONLINE from the comfort of your own home (a video meeting link will be provided upon booking).
£7 per class or £22 for a pack of 4

6:15pm-7:15pm
IN PERSON at the Globe Eco Centre, Church St, Uttoxeter ST14 8AG
£11 per class or £33 for a pack of 4

The style will be Vinyasa Flow - a dynamic physical practice to release tension in the body, build strength and flexibility and soothe the mind and soul.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - everyone is welcome of all ages (over 16), genders and bodies.
Spaces are limited and prior booking is essential. Please book your spot from the schedule below.
For online classes, if you are unable to make the scheduled time but would like to receive a recording of the class afterwards to do in your own time, please go ahead and make the booking and then email sanya@dreamy-retreats.com to request the video to be shared with you.
